Restore dashcam plates
from more than one frame

We combine a few seconds of frames to restore the plate in a single image.

Upload your videoUploading is free — pay after analysis and restoration

Drop your dashcam clip

10–30 seconds is enough. Use the original MP4 or MOV from the SD card.

MP4 · MOV — only the seconds around the plate are sent

or drag and drop anywhere on this page

Four steps

01

Upload

Upload the original dashcam file, straight from the SD card. At this point, your video is not sent anywhere.

02

Mark the plate

Pause where the plate is visible, drag a box around it, and start the restoration. Only a few seconds either side of that moment are sent to our server.

03

Restore

The frames either side of that moment are combined to rebuild the plate. The page updates on its own, and you can come back any time from “Your results”.

04

Unlock

The restored image is shown behind a mosaic. Pay once to remove it and download the full-size image.

Works well

Small plates, plenty of frames

  • The plate stays visible for a second or more
  • Motion blur and compression noise
  • Night footage lit by headlights
  • The same plate appears in several frames

Won’t work

Some footage just isn’t recoverable

  • Plates hidden behind another vehicle
  • Plates only a few pixels wide throughout
  • Screen recordings or photos of a screen
  • A single still image

Pay once, at the end

Uploading, analysis and restoration cost nothing. The restored plate stays behind a mosaic until you pay — and if no plate is found, you are not charged.

FAQ

Can I use the result as evidence?

We cannot promise that. The image is reconstructed from several frames, and whether it is accepted is up to the insurer or the authorities.

Is my footage kept?

Only a short clip of a few seconds around the frame you choose ever leaves your device — never the whole video, and never the audio. That clip is deleted 24 hours after processing, and restored images 30 days after they are created. They are never used for training.

When do I pay?

After the restoration finishes. You see the result behind a mosaic first, and if no plate is found you are not charged.
